What we process
- Without an account, worksheet settings stay in your browser unless you download or print them.
- With an optional account, we process your email address, authentication records, saved preferences, presets, student labels you enter, worksheet history, and security audit events.
- If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, renewal or cancellation dates, and verified webhook event records; we do not store full card numbers.
- If you allow advertising cookies, Google may process device, cookie, network, and ad-interaction data in the reserved ad space. Worksheet contents, student labels, previews, and generated files are not sent to the ad provider by our ad adapter.
Why and how long
We process account data to provide cloud saving, security, support, and billing. Account content is retained until you delete it. Security and billing event records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, and legal obligations. Browser-only data remains until you clear it.
Your choices
You can use the core worksheet builder without an account, export account data, sign out all sessions, delete your account, decline advertising cookies, or revisit ad privacy choices. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available where you live.
Supabase provides authentication and cloud storage, Stripe provides hosted billing, and Google AdSense is the configured advertising adapter. These providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards.
Cookie and advertising notice
Essential browser storage keeps your theme, worksheet setup, optional account session, and privacy choices. It is used whether or not advertising is allowed because the application cannot work reliably without it.
Third-party advertising code is off by default. For free users, it is loaded only after an affirmative advertising choice and only into one responsive, size-reserved area below the builder. Declining leaves that code off. Signed-in users with a server-verified Ad-Free Monthly entitlement do not receive the third-party ad script or ad unit.
The ad adapter requests restricted data processing. Depending on your region, even limited or non-personalized advertising may use cookies and may require a Google-certified consent platform. Advertising must remain disabled in regions where the configured consent flow does not meet local requirements.
Ads never appear in primary creation controls, previews, print layouts, PNG files, PDFs, or answer keys. Blocking or slow-loading an ad does not block worksheet creation or downloads.
Terms of use
Worksheet Studio provides tools for creating educational practice materials. You are responsible for reviewing generated questions and answers before use and for having authority to enter any student label or other information.
The free plan includes worksheet creation, previews, answer keys, downloads, and optional cloud saving. Ad-Free Monthly is one recurring monthly plan whose paid benefit is removal of third-party advertising code while signed in. The exact recurring price, currency, taxes, and next charge date are shown in Stripe Checkout before purchase.
You may cancel in the Stripe billing portal at any time. A scheduled cancellation keeps ad-free access through the current paid period. If a renewal payment fails, ad-free access continues for seven days while Stripe retries and you update the payment method; after that grace period it is paused. A later successful payment restores it after the verified billing event is received.
Do not misuse the service, probe other accounts, interfere with billing or ads, upload unlawful material, or attempt to bypass rate and security controls. We may limit abusive use. The service is provided without a promise that every generated item is error-free or suitable for a particular learner.
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. We may update these terms prospectively and will publish a new effective date for material changes.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ad-free access continues until the end of the already-paid monthly period, unless a refund or legally required remedy ends it sooner.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or technically incorrect, contact us within 14 days of the charge so we can investigate. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.
Deleting an account immediately cancels any live subscription before account data is removed. Because the account and entitlement are then deleted, ad-free access ends with deletion.
